I did not suffer the same kind of trauma as the author. however I found myself having had similar feelings and the resulting consequences of those feelings from the trauma I incurred growing up. The loving and compassionate examples and exercises are highly effective in allowing the reader to once and for all integrate all aspects of their life and move forward powerfully. I have read books and taken seminars with most of today's self-help "gurus" and I found this book to have the most effective and practical means for healing. Carolin Hauser is the type of author I love and respect. She wrote "Blossom Your Seven Step Journey to Healing”, because she has a heart for humanity. As I was reading this book, I could not help but wish for it to be made available for our youth today because there are so many silently hurting children out there who need tools of hope and understanding of their pain. This book would reassure them that they have a future and it is in their hands.
This book offers anybody reading it a journey to a better state of being. Though sexual abuse was the catalyst of the search for self in Carolin Hauser’s journey, it is not the tip of the ice berg what she discovered. She has learned the inner-codes to rise above less than you want to be. She took the complexities of life’s journeys of painful realities and converted them into sunshine stepping stones. No wonder she and all of us can only blossom through this reading experience. I assure you, this book is a precious jewel.
I highly recommend this book if you are brave enough to go on an inner journey. It will only benefit you!
